As part of a broader operational improvement effort, the business is looking to enhance how processes are captured, documented, and governed across the organisation. This is a key consulting engagement focused on process discovery, documentation, and optimisation, working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and project teams to ensure process outputs are clear, accurate, and aligned to how the business operates.
