Scrum Master – Data, Azure, Databricks, London Market
Our sister Professional services company, Stellarmann, is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support two small, high-impact data teams working on digital reporting and a delegated data platform.
Your focus will be improving delivery discipline, consistency, and agile maturity across lean, cross-functional teams. You’ll work with data engineers, analysts, and data scientists to embed effective agile practices—driving clear cadence, transparency, and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate core agile ceremonies and improve ways of working
- Establish consistent sprint cadence and team discipline
- Maintain Jira boards and improve backlog quality
- Promote accountability and team collaboration
- Coach teams and stakeholders on agile practices
- Align with Data Science and Analytics leadership
- Proven Scrum Master experience
- Strong track record improving agile maturity
- Confident facilitator and coach
- Experience with data teams and Azure platforms
- Understanding of data pipelines, models, and reporting
- Strong stakeholder management
- London / Lloyd’s market experience desirable
