Scrum Master | Insurance Change & Transformation
Our Sister professional sevrvices company Stellarmann is seeking an experienced Scrum Master, working as part of the Change function of our leading Insurance client, you will be supporting a diverse portfolio of transformation projects and programmes across the business.
Working within a fast-paced Agile environment, you will bring energy, drive and a strong delivery mindset to help teams successfully deliver complex change initiatives.

- Proven track record Scrum Master positions
- Strong Agile product development background
- Experience working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
- Excellent EQ and influencing skills
- Strong JIRA experience
- Insurance industry experience is essential, with London Market experience highly desirable
