• Experience owning and administering central implementation trackers and coordinating regular project status reporting
• Strong resource management experience, including resource tracking, utilisation reporting, forecasting, and capacity planning
• Ability to identify resource constraints, capability gaps, future demand requirements, and delivery conflicts across portfolios
• Experience supporting project governance throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and delivery standards

• Experience supporting governance forums including Steering Committees, Project Oversight Groups, Technology Committees, and Executive-level governance boards
• Proven track record maintaining PMO frameworks, methodologies, templates, guidance documentation, and delivery standards
• Experience producing governance packs, portfolio reports, dashboards, and management information for senior stakeholders
• Exposure to project financial administration including invoice processing, contract administration, budget tracking, and commercial controls
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with Project Managers, Programme Managers, Technology teams, and business stakeholders
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting skills with a highly organised and detail-oriented approach
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and maintain Level 1 and Level 2 portfolio plans across the change portfolio
• Develop and manage the consolidated portfolio roadmap, key milestones, delivery dates, and critical dependencies
• Support quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc portfolio planning activities
• Track portfolio delivery progress and escalate risks, delays, and resource constraints
• Administer and maintain the central implementation tracker
• Manage resource tracking, utilisation reporting, and capacity planning activities
• Review and assure project documentation and governance artefacts
• Track actions, decisions, and outcomes from governance forums
• Maintain PMO standards, frameworks, templates, and best practice guidance
