PMO Analyst – European Operations, TOM Transformation
Our client, a London Market insurer, is seeking a hands-on Programme PMO to support a major European Operations Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation, including PAS-related initiatives. This role will sit at the heart of a complex, business-critical change programme, providing structure, visibility, and delivery confidence across multiple workstreams. You’ll operate as a dedicated Programme PMO, working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery leads, and central Transformation functions to ensure consistent governance, high-quality planning, and effective tracking of risks, dependencies, and benefits. This is a highly visible role requiring strong communication skills and the ability to provide both support and constructive challenge.
This is an initial 6 month contract paying circa £535 Per Day Inside IR35 and reqiuires 2 days a week in their London office.

Experience required:
- Strong experience in Programme-level PMO roles (ideally operating as a sole or lead PMO)
- Background within London Market insurance, wider commercial insurance, or Lloyd’s market (preferred large carriers)
- Proven experience supporting complex transformation programmes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and confident communication skills
- Strong experience across:
- Programme planning, milestones, and dependency management
- RAID management, governance, and controls
- Reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking
- Resource and capacity planning
- Experience working within central Transformation / PMO frameworks and standards
