Operational Resilience Consultant/ SME – Insurance
Our sister company Stellarmann is partnering with a tech-forward insurance company who are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Specialist to join their established Operational Resilience function. This role will be focusing on two specific, well-scoped gaps which have been identified by regulators. Both workstreams must result in board‑quality outputs for the COO and Executive Committees that are inline with PRA/FCA requirements including clear, compelling business cases.
Required Experience:
This role requires someone to work onsite in the client office in central London 3 days per week and is an Outside IR35 opportunity for 3 months.

Required Experience:
- Strong knowledge of UK Operational Resilience regulation (PRA/FCA)
- Experience with impact tolerance frameworks and board‑level self‑assessments
- 4th party Application Mapping & Risk Assessment
- Dependency Mapping
- Risk Profiling
- Recovery Validation
- Solid technical / systems knowledge
- Ideally good appreciation of BCP/DR planning and testing
- Expereince working within a regulated industry
- Insurance experience is preferred
