Delivery Lead - Risk, Regulatory & AI
Our sister company Stellarmann is supporting a London Market insurer on a strategic risk transformation initiative as the business continues to invest heavily across its AI and Technology functions. As part of this growth, the organisation is establishing a centralised AI & Technology Risk Data Portal to create a single source of truth for risk, governance, resilience, and regulatory requirements across the business.
This is a key consulting engagement focused on the discovery, scoping, and mobilisation of a major programme that will bring together AI Risk Governance, Technology Risk, Operational Resilience, Cyber Risk, Third-Party Risk, and broader Regulatory & Compliance requirements into a centralised governance framework.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across Risk, Technology, Compliance, and the wider business, you will help define business objectives, assess the current state, shape the future-state vision, and establish a delivery roadmap for a programme expected to evolve into multiple workstreams.
We are looking for:
• Experienced Delivery Lead with a proven track record delivering complex change and transformation programmes
• Strong experience leading risk-related initiatives within the insurance sector
• Experience working directly with Risk functions and senior Risk stakeholders
• Ability to lead discovery, mobilisation, and early-stage programme shaping activities
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience defining business objectives, requirements, risks, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps
• Comfortable operating within ambiguity and helping shape emerging programmes and governance structures
• Structured, consultative, and professional approach to delivery
This is an Outside IR35 contract opportunity with an initial 6-month term, offering a competitive day rate with significant scope for extension as the wider programme develops. Hybrid working, 3 days per week onsite in their London office.
