Our sister company Stellarmann is supporting a London Market insurer, who are seeking an experience Business Analyst to increase requirements gathering and analysis capacity across a growing portfolio of application enhancements, AI-led initiatives, API integrations and workflow improvements. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, underwriting teams and the Pega delivery team to define and prioritise requirements that deliver measurable business value.

We are looking for:
- Previous Pega Business Analyst experience
- Lloyds Insurance market experience
- Strong Business Analyst experience within technology transformation program.
- Proven stakeholder management and requirements elicitation skills.
- Experience running workshops and discovery sessions.
- Strong user story and backlog management experience.
- Agile delivery experience.
- Experience working with workflow, process automation or case management platforms
