Technical Lead - PEGA
Stellarmann are seeking a hands‑on Technical Lead who can also operate as an Acting Scrum Master (up to Scrum‑of‑Scrums). You’ll set technical direction, lead development best practice, remove delivery blockers and ensure quality across PEGA build and integration streams in a fast‑moving environment. To help evolve an experience PEGA application across a number of initiatives including Single Sign‑On (SSO), Security Groups & Access Control, PEGA Search functionality, End‑to‑end customer management and integrations with other PEGA capabilities
Essential Skills
Strong, hands‑on PEGA development experience
Proven team leadership and Scrum Master capability
Familiarity with Pega Agile Studio (similar to Jira)
Knowledge of Government project and Government Digital Standards (GDS) - desirable
PEGA certifications - CSA, CSSA, CLSA
Scrum Master Certified – Desirable
Active SC clearance - Ideally, lapsed SC that can be reactivated quickly or Ability to get SC Cleared
This position is offered as a contract role. The successful candidate will be expected to work mostly remote with ad hoc visits to office which are UK wide. Successful candidates should ideally be able to start at the beginning of January.
