A fast‑growing, modern, cloud‑first Insurance organisation with great offices in central London is looking for a Tech Services Lead / Service Desk Manager to support the Head of Technology and help drive a high performing, user centric tech operation.
You’ll act as the Head of Tech`s number two, managing a small global support team and influencing how technology is delivered across the business.

- Previous experience managing a 1st/2nd line support team
- Microsoft 365 & Azure
- Broad, all round technical skillset required
- Exposure to agentic AI is highly desirable – keen interest in AI is a must
- Forward thinking, proactive and strong communicator
- Insurance experience is desirable, not essential
