Our client, a leading player in the financial services sector, is seeking two Service Desk Analysts to join their growing team and provide exceptional 1st and 2nd line support to internal users across a fast-paced business environment.
You’ll be great for this role if you have:
The role is offered full-time on-site for the first 3 months, moving to a hybrid model thereafter. Offices are based in London, and successful candidates should ideally be able to start within 4 weeks. - Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365
- Hands-on expertise with Intune for managing iOS and Android devices
- Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and mobile platforms
- Familiarity with ITIL-based practices for ticket management and change control
- Background supporting users in corporate or financial services environments
