Service Desk Analyst – O365, Active Directory, Troubleshooting
Our client, a specialist insurance group, is seeking a Service Support Analyst to take full ownership of incidents and service requests, ensuring they are managed in line with established policies and procedures.

- Strong experience in 1st & 2nd Line Support
- Strong knowledge of Office 365
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory
- Knowledge of Azure
- Experience with hardware & software installations
