Service Design & Transition Consultant
Stellarmann requires a Service Design & Transition Consultant to work on an engagement with a leading professional services organisation, who are transitioning to a new office building.
The role encompasses both Service Design and Service Transition, so you need to be highly skilled in both, on complex projects with large organisations.
Essential Skills & Experience
• Strong experience in Service Transition and Service Design for large corporates
• Deep knowledge of ITIL v3
• Proven ability to create operational artefacts: SOPs, runbooks, support models, readiness checklists, acceptance packs
• Ability to ensure delivery teams complete required governance, design, testing, security, compliance, and configuration artefacts
• Strong coordination skills and ability to influence, challenge, and guide project managers and technical teams
• Ability to understand technical designs and translate them into operational documentation
• Background in technical project management or infrastructure/technical environments
• Experience working with ITSM tools (BMC Helix preferred), Monday.com, and CMDBs
• Collaborative, communicative, and comfortable avoiding siloed working
