Project Manager – Business & Tech Change, London Market, Permanent
Our client, a London Market insurer, is hiring a Project Manager to support large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives. This is a permanent role reporting into the Director of Business Transformation, with a focus on delivering change across systems, applications, automation, and AI.
You’ll be great for this role if you have:

• 6–10+ years of project management experience, ideally with London Market or broking exposure
• Proven track record delivering business and technology change, including TOM initiatives
• Hands-on experience with systems and applications change (not infrastructure)
• Comfortable working end-to-end across business and tech teams in fast-paced environments
• Confident engaging and constructively challenging C-Suite and senior stakeholders
• Strong communicator and team player – self-sufficient but collaborative

This role is hybrid, typically 1 day per week in the London office  and offers a highly competitive salary between £80,000 – £100,000 per annum.
