Stellarmann have been engaged by a Government Department to upgrade a critical Pega system, we will be providing a team for 6 months to deliver this service. We're iooking for a Scrum Master to manage up to Scrum-of-Scrums and Support the PEGA Technical Lead and provide light project management—governance, risk, and reporting—while ensuring compliance with Government Digital Standards (GDS).
The role will be mostly remote with some travel, particularly during the inital discovery phase.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage up to Scrum-of-Scrums for multi-team delivery.
- Maintain RAID logs, plans, and governance artefacts; produce clear status and financial reports.
- Track and mitigate risks/issues; escalate where needed.
- Use Pega Agile Studio (or Jira) for backlog and metrics; ensure data quality.
- Align delivery with GDS and client controls; prepare for service assessments.
- Engage stakeholders and support governance forums.
- Proven Scrum Master experience plus PM capability (governance, risk, reporting).
- Hands-on PEGA delivery experience; familiarity with Pega Agile Studio. - Highly desired
- Precious experience of Government projects and GDS (desirable).
- Ability to get SC clearance, or preferable SC Clearance or lapsed SC that can be reactivated quickly.
