Project Manager – Procurement / Process Re-engineering
Stellarmann is looking for a contract Project Manager with Business Process Re-engineering experience, specifically within procurement operations. We require someone to firstly put structure around the department’s change initiatives and help them get into a regular cadence of managing them.
Secondly, they must have the ability to take a view and map out how the organisation is working from a procurement perspective, highlight the areas that aren’t working well, propose process improvements and manage the delivery of them. Not only to the procurement department but to the wider business and how they interact with it.
This is an initial 6-month contract, paying competitive market rates outside IR35, offering hybrid working and must be able to work 2 days a week on-site in Basingstoke

Experience required:
- Experienced Project Manager / Business Process Manager
- Background in Business Process Re-engineering
- In-depth knowledge of procurement departments and their operations, as well as how they interact with the wider business
- Understanding of procurement governance, potential bureaucracy and how to improve these to create greater agility
- A self-starter who is happy to challenge, can work autonomously, and is highly skilled at stakeholder management
