Project Manager – Operational Efficiency, London Market, FTC

Our client, a London Market insurer, is looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of a new Operational Efficiency Program. This is a 3-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) focused on the discovery phase to define a proof of concept, targeting significant process and cost improvements across the business.

You'll be great for this role if you have:

• Strong Project Manager with a proven track record in business and tech change
• Extensive London Market or broking experience
• Skilled in building business cases and PoCs for operational efficiency
• Confident engaging C-Suite and challenging stakeholders constructively

This role is hybrid, typically 1 day per week in the London office or as needed for key meetings. Please note there is potential for this to convert to a day rate role, so strong day rate candidates are also encouraged to apply.
