Portfolio PMO Lead - Technology Transformation
Stellarmann is looking for a contract Portfolio PMO Lead to support a large-scale technology transformation portfolio. The successful consultant will be very comfortable working on a portfolio of this scale, presenting to Boards, creating high-quality board packs, managing PMOs, and leading a wide range of portfolio initiatives.
This is an initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension, offering a competitive day rate and operating outside IR35. The role follows a hybrid working model, with 2 days per week on-site in Central London.

- In-depth knowledge of large-scale technology transformation programmes
- Proven track record in portfolio-level PMOs and managing PMO teams
- Experience leading portfolio improvement initiatives
- Ability to produce and take ownership of high-quality board packs; able to cut through complexity and provide a clear, concise narrative—both current and forward-looking
- Commercially astute and very confident presenting to the Board
- Strong understanding of resource and demand management
