We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join one of our London Market insurance clients and play a key role in delivering a wide range of operational and technology change initiatives.
Reporting into the Change Manager, you’ll lead a team of Business Analysts and take ownership of high-impact change requests across the business. This role spans both small-scale and full project delivery and offers the opportunity to shape and drive work across a substantial change portfolio – including a major IT strategy and underwriting transformation.

- Have extensive Business Analysis experience within the London Market insurance sector.
- Bring proven leadership capability, with experience managing and developing BA teams.
- Demonstrate a track record across both operational and IT change initiatives, with a focus on business change.
- Are confident working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent stakeholder engagement and people management skills, with the ability to prioritise and distribute work effectively.
