IT Change & Transition Analyst – London Market – 6 Months FTC
 
Our client, a leading insurer in the London Market, is looking for an IT Change & Transition Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in coordinating and supporting IT change and service transition within a complex infrastructure environment. If you have a strong understanding of change management processes and thrive in a structured, compliance-driven setting, we’d love to hear from you.
 
You’ll be great for this role if:
 
• You have proven experience coordinating end-to-end change and transition delivery activity in IT.
• You’re confident reviewing and assessing Requests for Change (RFCs), ensuring accurate documentation and governance.
• You’re effective at working cross-functionally with IT teams, business stakeholders, and release management functions.
• You’re detail-oriented and experienced in reporting on key metrics (KPIs) and managing governance boards such as CAB and PIR.
• You have a good understanding of the London insurance market and experience supporting regulated environments.
• You are proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous service improvement (CSI).
 
This role is London-based and requires 3 days onsite and is paying between £50,000 - £60,000pa with benefits and bonuses on top.
