Our sister company Stellarmann is partnering with a forward‑thinking insurance organisation based in Central London to hire an experienced Delivery Lead for a high‑profile cloud storage migration programme. This is a key role overseeing the transition from the current Dropbox environment to a new enterprise-grade file storage and synchronisation solution.
About the Role
You will take full ownership of end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and governance of the migration. Working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and third‑party suppliers, you’ll be responsible for driving delivery outcomes in a regulated and fast‑moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale cloud storage migration
- Manage supplier relationships and performance
- Coordinate planning, timelines, resourcing, and budgeting
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Work closely with business users to ensure minimal disruption during cutover
- Provide clear communication and status reporting to senior stakeholders
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead managing multiple end-to-end application migration projects
- Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering in Insurance, Financial Services, or other regulated environments
- A track record of working in business-facing roles with diverse user groups
