Change Manager
Stellarmann is looking for a Change professional to support an enterprise-wide transformation with their client. The change function is required to support all aspects of business transformation — Change, IT, People, Process, Culture, etc.
This contract will run for 6 months initially, paying competitive day rates - outside IR35. The position offers hybrid working and contractually requires 2 days per week in office in London (3 when needed)

- Change Manager who have experience working on large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation programs for global organisations
- Change Management Framework expeirence - Adkar / Prosci
- Broad experience across all areas of change: Change, IT, People, Process, Culture
- Must be Technology lead Change Management
- Building change champions network
- Change adoption across multiple projects concurrently (4-6 at once) and manage a high volume of change
- Proven end-to-end change delivery experience
- Communications: Strong experience in developing comms strategies, plans, and selecting the most effective channels
- Training: Contribute to defining the content and how training is delivered — strategy, format, and delivery method
- Coordinate readiness assessments and change impact analyses
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and able to add value to processes, documentation in the function.
