We are seeking an experienced Business Change Management Lead for one of our London Market Insurane clients to support a key transformation initiative within the European Operations Modernisation portfolio. This will play a central role in delivering successful business change across complex programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute end-to-end change management strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communication plans, ensuring buy-in at all levels
• Conduct change impact assessments across people, processes, and systems
• Create and implement training plans to support adoption of new tools, processes, and behaviours
• Establish KPIs and feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives
About You:
• Demonstratable experience in business change management
• Strong knowledge of the full change lifecycle and proven ability to embed change effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Self-starter, highly proactive, and able to operate with minimal direction
• Calm under pressure, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguity
• Change Management qualification (e.g. PROSCI) strongly preferred
• Insurance industry experience is highly desirable
This is an initial 6-month contract paying circa £700 per day inside IR35, with hybrid working 1-2 days in their London office.
