Business Architect – ERP – Life Sciences
Stellarmann requires a seasoned Business Architect with commercial experience in the Life Sciences sector and ERP products to review and assess our client’s current ERP solutions to ensure alignment with optimizing business processes and growth objectives.

Business Architect – ERP – Life Sciences
Stellarmann requires a seasoned Business Architect with commercial experience in the Life Sciences sector and ERP products to review and assess our client’s current ERP solutions to ensure alignment with optimizing business processes and growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document current business processes across R&D, clinical operations, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain with ERP
- Define future-state operating models, process flows, and governance structures.
- Translate business requirements into ERP system capabilities and support configuration decisions.
- Identify process gaps and design scalable, compliant solutions.
Essential Skills:
- Experienced Business Architect with a deep understanding of life sciences, business processes, and regulatory frameworks (GxP, FDA, or EMA).
- Proven experience with ERP implementations and processes required to optimize an ERP product now and future-proof it for growth via acquisition.
- Strong business architecture and process design expertise.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- ERP platforms, i.e., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, and adaptable architecture thinking.
- Familiarity with adjacent systems (CRM, LIMS, PLM, QMS).
- Prior involvement in M&A-driven ERP transformations within life sciences – highly desirable.
