Our client, a wealth management firm, is seeking an IT Support Technician with strong desktop troubleshooting and analytical skills.
This role focuses primarily on user and desktop support, with additional responsibilities for maintaining and monitoring backend systems.

IT Support Technician - Financial Services

- Experience providing user support in a Windows environment
- Proficiency with O365 Admin Exchange, including Active Directory and Exchange
- Basic networking knowledge
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, ideally Azure and AWS
- A background in Financial Services
