IT Infrastructure Engineer – Insurance – Azure – Permanent
 
Our client, a specialty insurance firm is currently undergoing major strategic expansion. They’re looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to support the transformation of their IT infrastructure and ensure the business operates securely and efficiently across multiple locations.
 
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, and is confident managing infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments.
 
You'll be great for this role if:
 

• You have strong 2nd to 3rd Line Support experience and are confident troubleshooting complex end-user issues.
• You’re highly proficient with Office 365, with hands-on experience supporting key applications like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• You’re comfortable with hardware and software installations, including laptops, printers, and a variety of business-critical applications.
• You have solid, day-to-day working experience with Active Directory, including user account management and group policies.
• A background in financial services or insurance is desirable but not essential.

 
This is a permanent opportunity offering up to £60,000 per year, with a hybrid working model (2–3 days in the Central London office). Travel to regional UK offices will be required occasionally.
