Application Specialist – Acturis, Jira
Our client, a specialist insurance group, is seeking an Application Specialist to provide primary support for Acturis and riskSERVE users in BAU and project activities, collaborating with Product Owners to deliver agreed outcomes.

You’ll be great for this role if you have:
- Extensive experience in Acturis configuration, ensuring system alignment with business processes
- Proficient in designing, building, and maintaining complex and simple Acturis document templates
- Skilled in developing and optimising Acturis work-flows to enhance operational efficiency
- Hands-on experience using work queue tools such as Jira to manage tasks and project progress
- Proven ability to manage work queues independently and coordinate task allocation within a team
