Technical Support/Customer Service/Device Support Bar - London - 12 month fixed term

William Alexander Recruitment are currently working with a prestigious Property and Estate Management client based in Central London to recruit a Technical Support person (Customer Service/Device Support Bar) to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

The successful applicant will be required to work in a customer facing role at our client's internal tech support bar (similar to that of an Apple Genius bar).

It will be the responsibility of the applicant to perform basic fixes, logging issues and liaising between IT and the business to resolve the issue.

This position will suit a presentable, outgoing individual looking to gain additional experience in a professional environment.

Experience with the following is required for consideration:

  • Strong customer service background (preferably in a technical environment)
  • Broad understanding of technology (mobile phones, laptops, tablets etc) with some ability to perform basic fixes where required
