Our client, a leading Law firm based in central London, are looking for an IT Manager/ Technical Services Manager / IT Operations Manager/ ITSM to join them on a permanent basis.


This is a newly created position and will be reporting directly into the IT Director. The client is looking for someone who can bring a broad range of skills and who is able to manage the 3 key areas within IT; Applications, Infrastructure and Financial Systems. It is essential that the incumbent has a background working for a legal firm and therefore has a good working knowledge of various Legal applications.


Essential Experience:

  • Previously worked for a Law firm
  • Good knowledge of various Legal applications
  • Management of internal IT teams including Applications, Infrastructure and Financial Systems
  • Proven man management skills – able to guide and mentor
  • Proven experience managing 3rd party providers and overseeing 3rd party contracts
  • Previous involvement in the design and delivery of IT strategy


Desirable Experience:

  • ITIL certified
  • Background in IT Operations and Infrastructure
