Service Desk Analyst - 1st line with a bit of 2nd line

My market leading high end financial client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team, you will be mainly doing 1st line support, but some 2nd line will be available if you have that experience.

The client is looking for someone to start within 2 weeks ideally, and due to the workload in the team, you must be able to work throughout July and Aug (no time off is available)

Required experience:

  • Must be currently working on a Service Desk in a 1st line capacity, 2nd line support - is nice to have but not essential
  • Service Now
  • Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange
  • Smart Phone support
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience of working in high finance - Asset/Fund/Wealth/Investment Management is highly desired

This is a 3 months initial contract, paying between £200-£250 per day.
