Service Delivery Analyst (MI / Incident / Problem / Excel / VBA / ITIL)
My specialist insurance client based in London requires a proactive and enthusiastic Service Delivery Analyst (Excel / VBA / ITIL / £42,000 - £55,000) to join their team on a permanent basis.


The successful applicant will report into the Service Delivery Manager and be required to perform the following duties:


  • MI Reporting – this will make up 60% of the role and will include (but not limited to): the production of weekly/monthly management reports; the running of daily service delivery meetings; providing analysis and advice to senior managers; presentations to senior management to gain buy-in
  • Major incident Coordination – 20% of the role. Analysis, logging and reporting of incidents
  • Problem management – 10%
  • Continuous Service Improvements – 10%

  • MI Reporting

  • Problem Management
  • Continuous Service Improvement
  • Advanced Excel – pivot tables and VBA experience preferred
  • ITIL Certified
