William Alexander has been included in the Recruiter Hot100 for the last nine years, finishing inside the top 50 for 6 of these nine years.

Published by Recruiter Magazine, the HOT 100 is a list of the UK’s most productive recruitment consultancies (based on placement fees generated per employee) and is an excellent measure of how effective a recruitment company is at its business and how efficiently it is run compared to its competitors. Sustained membership of this list "remains a strong indicator that a company is doing a lot of things right" (Recruiter Magazine, January 2017).

With over 40,000 recruitment agencies registered in the UK a top 100 placing represents an excellent achievement and is testament to the hard work of all our employees and the quality of the work that we do.

William Alexander debuted at number 30 in the Recruiter Magazine’s FAST 50 2016, which lists the 50 fastest-growing recruitment businesses in the UK according to annual sales growth over the last 3 years.

We are also particularly proud to be the 5th fastest growing of the IT agencies within this list and one of only 12 agencies who made it into both that year’s FAST 50 and the Recruiter HOT 100.

This is testament to the hard work of our employees, the quality of our staff and the continued loyalty of our growing customer base without which it would not have been possible.
